Hi in that respect, I have a msi z370 hatchet motherboard. When trying to change the fan curve for the C.P.U. cooler, it doesn't serve anything in bios. But when i change them with msi command center, it changes. I have a cryorig h7

As wel, (organism I do not have that motherboard) I have sex some the fan curve settings sometimes are supported PWM fans and sometimes another solution.. there is at least in whatsoever of the PCs I suffer improved an interchange to tell information technology how to moderate the fans.. AND sometimes like the ongoing motherboard I have.. you can click an button in the UEFI / BIOS to psychometric test the fan speeds so it goes through the overloaded spectrum of the fan speed and sets limits like high-pitched and low rpm so it does not think it bottom spin slower then the fan can actually spin.. I find that a gracious feature. ALSO the second main thing (unusual then software system you may have installed in windows like LuckyMatt42 stated) is make a point you set the fan hotfoot to the correct temp sensor IF you have that option like I coif as well...

For me the fan speeds are controlled by my water temps and NOT the CPU temps.. so my Barbary pirate software I deliver in windows keeps things in deterrent for temps based on water temps.. zero understanding to ecstasy full speed fans when the body of water is still cool down.. that is for the Processor temps.. I stimulate other fans as well that can be set in bios (not the program I use from corsair.. only I can set the computer to shutdown if any of the fans die if I want to)

Ut you have the msi command center running after you change the curve in BIOS? IT may be that the Millilitre is overriding whatever BIOS changes...just a estimate though.

Besides, (organism I do not have that motherboard) I know some the buff curve settings sometimes are supported PWM fans and sometimes another solution.. in that respect is at least in some of the PCs I have built an switch to tell it how to control the fans.. AND sometimes similar the current motherboard I have.. you can click an push in the UEFI / BIOS to test the winnow speeds so it goes through the full spectrum of the fan speed and sets limits like high and low rpm so it does not think it can twisting slower then the fan can in reality spin.. I detect that a nice feature. Besides the second main thing (other then software system you English hawthorn own installed in windows like LuckyMatt42 expressed) is make sure you set the fan speed to the correct temp sensor IF you have that option ilk I do besides...

For ME the fan speeds are restrained by my water temps and NOT the CPU temps.. so my corsair software I have in windows keeps things in restraint for temps based on water temps.. No reason to belong full speed fans when the water is still cool.. that is for the Central processing unit temps.. I rich person other fans arsenic well that can be plant in bios (not the program I use from corsair.. but I can set the computer to shutdown if any of the fans die if I need to)

On my MSI gaming carbo favoring x470 mobo the temps in the bios rooter curve are offset by 20 degrees C... so what ever you want your temps vs buff belt along to be to be honourable lower the temps by 20. I guess in that respect is a problem with how windows and MSI mobos communicate Mainframe temps to each other. I haven't dependable this yet with the moderate of other components.
